NER
North East Radio was founded by Joshua Falls, 20 years old from the North East of Scotland. He had always had a passion for radio & presenting so decided one day why not try and create his own station playing the music he wanted to hear.

What sounds better than an online station with no adverts to interrupt the great music & the most up to date chat, Joshua tried to launch the station several times with issues getting in the way such as web design, Shoutcast or just work commitments.

Life progressed well for Joshua, volunteering at a local radio station playing the music he wanted and the events that took his attention. The more he learned about this, he wanted to create a station that is more listener based and all decisions are made by what makes the station tick... listeners!

As life calmed down he decided to give it one last go and start from scratch in January 2018 and work his way back up to the top!
